Summertime is a magical time of year where kids enjoy the purest pleasures known to man. They don't have to go to school, they can swim in the pool, and the sun is out so late that they can ride their bike with the neighborhood kids until dinnertime. Because summer is so spectacular for the children, why is it that every parent is counting down the days until school starts again?

Well, to be frank, us parents are tired of lugging 4 suitcases to the lake, we're tired of watching our kids 'go really fast' on the playground slide, and we're really, really, really over watching our kids do 'crazy tricks' into the pool. Sorry, little Billy, if I have to watch you do a regular cannonball into the shallow end one more time, I'm going to need another margarita. Fortunately for exhausted parents who have survived summer vacation, reprise and relief is just around the corner. Soon your kids will no longer be your constant daily burden and you can pawn them off on the public school system for a few hours each day to give yourself a break.
